Personal Training

I provide bespoke personal training programmes for women over 40 who want to take control of their body.

We kick off with a consultation (Zoom or face to face) centred around a detailed pre-screening form. Your words about where you are right now, your concerns and why you would like my help.

Exercise is just one part of the equation, so in our sessions we take the ‘thinking woman’s’ approach, working on the elements which underpin a healthy body. We identify the missing building blocks, from bowel health to sleep to pelvic health, which might have been holding you back.

You’ll start to see the results you’ve been chasing and feel, fitter, stronger, more confident and empowered.

I am available for 1:1 sessions on weekdays during school hours.

Consultation & 6 x 60 minute sessions = £312. Payment can be made as two instalments, OR set up an easy monthly standing order, with the benefit of a discount across the year.
