Pelvic Health Programme

I am SO passionate about these sessions because they have helped me and my clients (yes I put myself through the sessions too!) to build long-term confidence in our bodies and untimately to carry on doing what we love without fear. 

This Programme will teach you to understand the role of the core, posture and breathing in optimal pelvic health, to identify what has been holding you back, to improve your symptoms and specifically when you are doing the moves in everyday life which often cause leaks or discomfort.

The 8-12 week programme includes 

  • Your online pre screening form PLUS 1:1 hour-long consultation (via Zoom / face to face).
  • 6 x 75-minute sessions
  • Tailored homework
  • WhatsApp supoort in between sessions.
  • 6 one to one sessions = £375
  • Payment can be made as two instalments.

Diastasis Programme

If you’ve had a baby, no matter how long ago, you may have a Diastasis Recti or ‘tummy gap’. Perhaps you feel ‘disconnected’ from it, can see a ‘doming’ when you lift things or feel your muscles don’t look the way you’d like.  I will help you change that. 

I will guide you in a process that will improve the way your belly looks, feels and works, rid you of backpain and reconnect to your pelvic floor so that you both feel and function better.  

The 8-12 week programme includes 

  • Your online pre screening form PLUS 1:1 hour-long consultation (via Zoom / face to face).
  • 6 x 60-75-minute sessions, usually spaced 2 weeks apart
  • Tailored homework
  • WhatsApp supoort in between sessions.
  • 6 x One to one sessions = £375
