Got questions? Here are answers to common queries.

What kit do I need? Ideally 1-2 pairs of dumbbells / a kettlebell (based on your experience level I can provide guidance) and a long resistance band. 

I haven’t exercised with weights before. Does that matter? No. I offer comprehensive guidance during my videos and a variety of ‘how to’ videos on ‘form’ for key moves like squats and lunges so that you feel supported throughout.  I am also available daily on the WhatsApp group to answer questions. As part of my pre-screening I assess your level of experience and guide on entry level weight. 

I haven’t exercised for a long time and feel unfit. Is the Hub still right for me? It is. I want to make exercise as accessible to women as I can and so I offer a mix intensities and workouts with adaptations so that it feels do-able whether you haven’t exercised for a long while or are experienced. I am also available every day on the WhatsApp group to answer questions about how to progress or regress exercises! 

I have pelvic floor issues. Will there be workouts for me? Absolutely. My pre screening form will allow you to tell me about your issues and I will direct you to the pelvic and core health video on the Hub which provides education on moving with pelvic health issues. Workouts offer adaptations for low/high impact, managing heavy weight and core health generally with the view that it is a resource suitable for women with everything from leaks to prolopse and will assist on their pelvic health journey. I am available for direct messages too. 

Do I need to sign a contract? No. Simple as that!
