  • 1 handful coriander chopped

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 200°C Fan.
  2. Combinethe chicken mince, 3tbsp of the thai red currypaste and breadcrumbs in a large mixing bowluntil well combined, then form into 16 meatballs.
